Shipping and Returns

We ship to the United States and Canada.

Free US and Canada shipping on orders of $100 or more after discounts.

Under that, shipping is the rate shown in your cart before you pay. Prices are in US dollars.

Every item is made to order when you buy it. Most orders arrive in about 1 to 2 weeks: 6 to 11 business days to the US and 4 to 10 to Canada, including the 2 to 5 business days it takes to make your order.

The Check The Replay Ugly Sweater takes longer. Knitted to order: arrives in about 3 to 5 weeks (4 to 7 for Canada), in its own package.

An order can arrive in more than one package. You'll get an email with tracking when each one ships.

Because every item is made to order, all sales are final. We don't take returns or exchanges for the wrong size, a change of mind, or fit or style.

Each piece of clothing has a size chart on its page to help you choose.

If your order arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, tell us within 30 days of delivery and we'll send a free replacement or a refund, at our discretion.

To start, email admin@sundaysurvivor.com or use the support page, with your order number and a photo of the problem. Your order number is on your receipt email.

You don't need to send the item back.

A replacement is made and shipped like a new order. A refund goes back to your original payment method, and your bank usually shows it within 5 to 10 business days.
