One flat software-license fee for the whole season. Not a subscription, and nothing to cancel when the season ends. All prices in US dollars.

Commissioners buy access based on the pool's entry capacity. This is a fee for using the software; it is not a participant entry fee, buy-in, wager, or contribution to a prize. Adding entries costs nothing until you cross into the next tier, and while signups are still open you can move up and pay only the difference. Players never enter payment details with Sunday Survivor.

Pricing counts entries, not people. One player running three entries counts as three. The price never depends on whether participants separately exchange money or on the amount or existence of any prize.

Large pools

There is no cap. Pools with thousands of entries run on Sunday Survivor today, and the platform is load tested well beyond that for the Sunday afternoon spike, when a whole pool refreshes the standings at once. If you are running something bigger than the tiers above, get in touch and we will sort out pricing directly.

What is included

Every tier includes the same product. There is no feature held back for a higher price: survivor, loser pool, against the spread, second chance, double-pick weeks, mulligans, auto-picks, custom deadlines, automated emails, standings, and pick statistics.

Common questions

Is it really free to start?

Yes. Up to 10 entries costs nothing, with no card required and no trial clock.

What if more people join than I planned for?

While signups are open you can move up a tier and pay only the difference, so you never pay twice for the same entries. Entries lock at your first pick deadline, so your pool size is settled before the season starts and the price never changes after that.

Do players pay Sunday Survivor?

No. The commissioner buys the software license once, and players join with a private link. Sunday Survivor does not set, collect, hold, transfer, verify, or distribute participant entry fees, buy-ins, pool funds, or prizes, and it never takes a percentage of them. Any separate arrangement among a commissioner and participants occurs off-platform, must be lawful everywhere they are located, and is not sponsored or approved by Sunday Survivor. When do I pay?

Payment is due before your second week begins, so you can get your pool set up, invite everyone and play a full week before paying the software-license fee. The fee is unrelated to game outcomes or any participant payment or prize.

Is this a subscription?

No. It is a one-time fee for the season. Nothing recurring, nothing to cancel, and no charge at all if you stay inside the free tier.
